Do I need experience to apply for entertainment roles?
Not at all! We welcome applications from complete beginners as well as experienced performers. Our comprehensive training programme will give you all the skills you need to succeed, regardless of your starting point.
What qualifications do I need?
Most of our entertainment roles don't require formal qualifications - we're more interested in your enthusiasm, personality, and willingness to learn. For specialised roles like technical support or management positions, relevant experience is helpful but not always essential.
How long are the contracts?
We offer flexible contract lengths to suit your lifestyle. Summer season contracts typically run from March to October, whilst some venues offer year-round positions. We also have short-term cover roles and weekend-only positions available.
What's the application process like?
Simply get in touch with our team to discuss available roles. We'll arrange an informal chat to understand your interests and skills, followed by an interview (which can be done virtually). Successful candidates then receive our training package before starting their placement.
Can I work at different venues during the season?
Yes! Many of our entertainers enjoy working at multiple venues throughout the year. This gives you variety, helps build your experience, and allows you to explore different parts of the UK.
What support do I get whilst working?
Our dedicated team provides ongoing support throughout your contract. We conduct regular check-ins, offer career advice, and our HR department is always available to help with any workplace issues.
What happens if I don't enjoy the role?
We work hard to match you with the right position, but if things aren't working out, our team will support you in finding a more suitable role. Your wellbeing and job satisfaction are important to us.
