Can training be on-site or virtual?

Training for entertainment and activity roles can only be delivered in person, as hands-on experience is essential for this industry. All initial training and practical skills development must be conducted on-site to ensure staff can work effectively with your facilities and equipment. However, we do provide ongoing growth and development training virtually through our online training platform. This allows staff to continue learning and developing their skills at their own pace once they've completed their essential in-person training.

Training duration varies depending on your requirements. A basic entertainment staff training course typically takes 2-3 days, whilst more comprehensive programmes including activity management services can take up to a week. We also offer shorter refresher sessions and ongoing development training throughout the season.
